Penguin ink jets, toners and other related products are guaranteed to meet OEM specifications for the designed printer. In addition, upon notification of any fault with the cartridge, Penguin undertakes the prompt replace thereof.

Furthermore, Penguin offers additional protection and peace of mind against damage to your printer by the malfunction of a Penguin cartridge.

If damage is due solely to the malfunction of a Penguin cartridge, repairs will be carried out free of charge, and the cartridge duly replaced. All Penguin cartridges are manufactured from new and refurbished components and are 100% printer guaranteed compatible.

Xerox Promise
Xerox warrants each Replacement Cartridge to be free from defects for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase.

Any Xerox Replacement Cartridge found to be defective in materials and/or workmanship during the one (1) year warranty period will be replaced at no cost.
Risk Free Printing: If our cartridge is solely responsible for any printer damage, Xerox will pay the repair costs and the cartridge will be replaced. No risk, no worries.
Our replacement cartridges keep plastic out of the waste stream, while they contain new and reprocessed components; Xerox guarantees that all critical Xerographic parts are 100% new. Our replacement cartridges feature Xerox specified and approved toner as well as new photoreceptors, cleaning blades, certified developer roll sleeves and more.
This warranty will become null and void if the warranted cartridge is disassembled in any way or if the cartridge is handled, stored or used in any manner considered abnormal.
Xerox liability under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement or reimbursement as defined herein. No other expressed or implied warranty shall exist.
